We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, please let us know so we can help make it right.

You’ll want to reach out to us at Brooke@ispeakboutique.com within 14 days of your purchase and let us know what the issue is. We will have you mail the item to the following address:

You will pay for the shipping costs unless the item is a manufacturer damage that we should have caught before shipping the item to you. We are usually able to process returns the same day we receive the package.

Shipping Policy

We work with our partners to get merchandise shipped as soon as possible. Some items are created by hand and may take up to 7 days for us to create and prepare for shipping. You pay for the shipping but if something goes wrong with the manufacturing of the item, then you can let us know at Brooke@ispeakboutique.com and we will follow the return policy. We are able to process most issues the same day we receive the package.
