Boss Babe or Imposter?

I was recently in a roomful of 100 women and one asked the crowd how many of us felt like an imposter. I was SHOCKED when almost half of the room raised their hands.

Ladies- you are not an imposter! You are a brave, strong, woman who has a ton of knowledge and that makes you a BOSS BABE!

Every person has a niche, an area where they have a vast amount of knowledge. It could be knowledge you learned from a family member while cooking meals together. It might be knowledge you learned in school. But every single person has a gift of knowledge and you need to share it with others.

Start a blog, or share on social media, or find someone to mentor, or maybe join a women’s group- but do something where you can pass your knowledge on to others. Because woman, you are a boss babe!
